Support starts here

Everyone comes to therapy for different reasons. I take the time to get to know my clients and understand their goals and needs. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable in our work together and leave feeling more confident, empowered,

and in control.

"The world is so unpredictable. Things happen suddenly, unexpectedly. We want to feel in control of our own existence. In some ways, we are, in some ways we are not. We are ruled by the forces of choice and coincidence."

-Paul Auster

Endorsements

"Jackie has been a life-saver for me over the past five years. I first sought out her support when my husband was diagnosed with brain cancer. Throughout his cancer journey, my fertility journey, the birth of our son, caregiving for my husband and eventually my husbands’ passing, Jackie was a key part of my support system. She is compassionate, thoughtful and perceptive and always created a safe space for me to discuss and work through complicated emotions and feelings. I always leave my sessions with Jackie feeling lighter and in a good headspace; I would recommend her to anyone.”
