Everyone comes to therapy for different reasons. I take the time to get to know my clients and understand their goals and needs. The most important thing is that each client feels comfortable and that our work together leaves them feeling more confident, empowered, and in control.

My goal is to create a space where you feel safe and empowered to gain control of your feelings, behaviors, and mood. I am a clear  communicator that uses humor and warmth to help you explore patterns and behaviors that may be preventing you from living the life you want to live.

I want to help you fill your 'toolbox' with skills that you can access long after our work together has ended. I utilize aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. We will work together to develop a plan to help you reach your goals.
