Services & Specialties

I offer in-person therapy in both New York City and Westchester, as well as virtual therapy for individuals residing anywhere in New York State and Connecticut.

I have extensive experience working with individuals and families navigating chronic illness, including adjusting to a new diagnosis, living with long-term medical conditions, or making sense of life after treatment. I also support caregivers and family members coping with grief, loss, and anticipatory bereavement.

In addition, I work closely with first responders and healthcare professionals, who often carry unique emotional and occupational stressors.

I am passionate about helping individuals strengthen self-esteem, improve relationship communication, and navigate major life transitions. My goal is to help you gain greater clarity, strengthen your relationships, and feel more grounded and empowered in your life.

Serious & Chronic Illness

Living with a serious or chronic illness can bring emotional, relational, and identity shifts. Therapy offers space to process these changes and navigate life with greater steadiness and support

Relationships & Communication

Whether you’re hoping to meet someone, beginning a new relationship, or working to strengthen an existing one, therapy can help you better understand your relational patterns and communication style. Together we can build healthier ways of connecting with partners, family members, friends, and colleagues

Self-esteem

Our sense of self-worth shapes how we move through the world. Therapy can help you challenge limiting beliefs and develop a more confident and compassionate relationship with yourself

Caregiving

The unique experience of caring for a loved one can be both meaningful and overwhelming. Therapy can help caregivers manage stress and maintain balance while supporting others

Anxiety

Anxiety can be our best friend and worst enemy. It can show up as persistent worry, physical tension, or feeling constantly on edge. Therapy can help you understand these patterns and develop tools to feel more grounded

Trauma

Past experiences can continue to affect how we feel, think, and relate to others. Our work together can help you process these experiences safely and build greater stability and resilience

Grief & Loss

Grief is deeply personal and rarely follows a predictable path. Therapy provides a compassionate space to process loss and find ways to move forward while honoring what has been lost

Depression

Depression can make life feel heavy and isolating. Therapy offers support in understanding what you’re experiencing and reconnecting with motivation, meaning, and hope

Fertility & Infertility

Fertility challenges can be deeply emotional and often feel isolating, even though they are more common than many people realize. Support during this difficult time can help you build resilience, process complex feelings, and feel less alone
