I can't wait to support you.

I am a passionate and dedicated therapist who believes that each person is the expert of their own experience. As a strengths-based clinician, my goal is to help you harness your voice, insight, and resilience as you navigate difficult moments in life.

While therapy often involves serious and meaningful work, I approach it with warmth, positive intention, and humor. My clients and I often find moments of laughter alongside moments of vulnerability. Therapy does not need to feel intimidating, and I strive to create a space where you can show up as your most authentic self.

I work to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore and better understand your experiences. I have a special interest in helping clients strengthen their relationships, build self-esteem, and reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression. With over a decade of experience working in oncology with both patients and their caregivers, I have a special interest in assisting people navigating a life-threatening illness. Serious illness doesn’t just affect one person—it reshapes entire relationships. I support individuals with cancer and the people who love them, with a deep commitment to honoring the caregiver experience alongside the patient’s journey.

I welcome individuals of all backgrounds, identities, and life experiences.

My Therapeutic Approach

I strive to create a supportive space where you can process and better understand your experiences. My approach is grounded in the belief that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful clinical work.

Through warmth, collaboration, and clinical skill, we will explore your experiences and identify patterns that may be preventing you from living the life you want.

In our work together, we will also build a practical toolbox of skills and strategies that you can continue to use long after therapy ends. My goal is to help you strengthen coping, deepen self-understanding, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.
